Team Personnel

Greg Buchanan –  Assistant General Manager,  Director of Player Personnel,  Head Scout

Greg has been involved in hockey for over 20 years. He has played at all levels of junior hockey across the Eastern Seaboard including winning a Jr. A USA Hockey Championship in 2014 and earning an appearance at USA Hockey Nationals.

Greg would go on to continue his hockey career before returning home to Ontario. He has been coached and trained by the likes of Graeme Townshend (former Toronto Maple Leafs Skating Coach), Jason Payne (Current ECHL Coach), and Scott Thornton (Former NHL player and Cross Fit Coach). Greg is currently the Regional Canadian Scout for the Rogue Valley Royals of the USPHL Premier Jr. A League.

Greg brings a wealth of knowledge to the Innisfil Spartans from his time within the game of hockey past and current. His relationship with current players and coaches at all levels and his desire to win will be a great asset to the Innisfil Spartans.
