Randy Butineau – Vice President of Hockey Operations, Innisfil Spartans

Randy Butineau brings extensive leadership experience to the Innisfil Spartans, rejoining the organization after previously lending his support. As Vice President of Hockey Operations, Randy plays a key role. He leads the strategic recruitment of executive members and partners, manages sponsor relations, and coordinates closely with league officials and gameday staff.

With a long-standing track record of community involvement, Randy has organized numerous charitable events and outreach initiatives. His passion for building connections with fans and families will continue to strengthen the Spartans’ mission of community-driven hockey excellence.

A recognized builder in the hockey world, Randy was inducted into the Midland Sports Hall of Fame alongside Gerry Asselin for their leadership with the Midland Flyers Junior Hockey Club. Under their guidance, the organization thrived—driven by Randy’s tireless work on fundraising initiatives, bingo nights, alumni games, and year-round operational support.

Randy’s return to Innisfil signals a renewed commitment to excellence—on and off the ice. We’re proud to welcome him back to the leadership team and look forward to the season ahead with his experience informing our direction, decisions, and culture.
