Equipment Manager – Innisfil Spartans Junior Hockey Club

The Innisfil Spartans are seeking a dedicated Equipment Manager for the 2025–26 season. This role is vital to keeping our players game-ready and ensuring our team runs smoothly both on and off the ice.

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain all team equipment (sticks, skates, uniforms, goalie gear, etc.)

• Ensure gear is safe, game-ready, and league-compliant

• Handle laundry, repairs, skate sharpening, and inventory

• Support players and coaches during games, practices, and travel

Key Qualities

• Reliable and responsible

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Team-first attitude with professionalism

• Calm and adaptable under pressure

Skills

• Equipment maintenance and repair (skates, sticks, jerseys)

• Inventory management and ordering

• Use of sharpening and repair tools

• Strong time management and communication

• Physically able to handle gear and travel demands
